This web application (leaseapp.i-infoway.com) is an independent, internal administrative software utility developed and provided by INFOWAY. It is designed exclusively to function as a digital ledger for internal record-keeping and administrative tracking for the Society and its members. It is not a public utility or a financial transaction platform.
INFOWAY and this application are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM / BMC), or any other local, state, or federal government agency. This platform does not generate official government tax receipts, nor does it replace the official municipal portal.
This application does not assess, collect, or process any property tax payments. INFOWAY is purely a technology provider and holds no standing in any legal, financial, or statutory disputes regarding property taxes. All legal liabilities, including but not limited to obligations under the Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act (MOFA), 1963, ongoing High Court litigations, or disputes with the original property developers, remain strictly between the flat owners, the Society's Managing Committee, and the relevant third parties. INFOWAY accepts no liability for unpaid dues, penalties, or legal claims arising from property tax obligations.
The application functions as a data repository governed by the Society's administrative needs. Any flat details, ownership information, or internal records entered into this system are done so for the Society's internal use. INFOWAY operates strictly as the software provider and does not claim ownership or administrative authority over the member data. Any grievances regarding data collection mandates, General Body resolutions, or internal society governance must be directed to the Managing Committee.
This software is provided by INFOWAY on an "as is" and "as available" basis, offered as a voluntary technological utility. INFOWAY makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy of user-inputted data, or absolute immunity from unauthorized third-party cyber intrusions, though standard security measures are deployed.
In no event shall INFOWAY, its developers, or its affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use this application, including any allegations of data breaches, phishing, or misrepresentation by third parties.
